Adult Hearing Assessments

A full diagnostic hearing assessment, including tympanometry, pure tone audiometry and speech audiometry.

A comprehensive hearing assessment gives a clear picture of how your hearing is functioning. We test across a range of frequencies to map your hearing thresholds and assess how well you process speech, not just how loud sounds need to be for you to hear them.

  • Pure tone audiometry
  • Speech audiometry
  • Tympanometry (middle ear assessment)
  • Clear results explained in plain language
  • Referral pathway if further investigation is needed

Paediatric hearing assessments

Play audiometry or pure tone audiometry will be used to assess your child’s hearing thresholds. Tympanometry will also be used to check for any middle ear issues.

Children's hearing can change quickly, and early identification of any hearing loss makes a real difference to speech, language, and learning development. We use child-friendly techniques to make the assessment as easy and engaging as possible.
